Strawberry Tart, anyone?

So, this is what I did with the leftover pastry from Thursday night's Homity Pie ... turned out some nice strawberry tarts, made with sugar-free jelly so my diabetic hubby could have a rare sweet treat!

    Well, one of them does have thick cream on, Tony - it may look "runny" but it's actually PROPER Devon clotted cream; cream doesn't come much thicker than that! As for ice cream? ... nah, not with a strawberry tart, sorry! ;-)
